Coach Lisa Denison, former Head Coach for Team Danskin Training in Albuquerque, has partnered
with her mentor and experienced swim coach, Quint Seckler, to bring an exceptional swim training
opportunity to local triathletes and swimmers. Join Coach Quint for weekly coached swim workouts, focusing on stroke

MEET THE COACH Coach Quint Seckler grew up as a competitive swimmer in Albuquerque, and became a high school state champion swimmer in 1983. He then was a collegiate swimmer at the University of New Mexico, while earning his degree in Education. He has coached swimming in Albuquerque for over 25 years, including the La Cueva High School swim team that won 7 state championships with Coach Quint. He is currently a math teacher and Head Swim Coach at El Dorado High School, as well as Head Coach of the Highpoint Sharks summer league team, where he hired and mentored Coach Lisa in her early coaching years. He also currently swims in the masters open water circuit, having completed the Maui Channel Open Water Swim, and the Fort Collins 10k National Championship. He is the proud father of 2 girls – of course, both are super swimmers!
