Online training can be used for multisport race preparation, single sport training, off-season or
maintenance training, and strength training (multisport clients only). Coach Lisa will assess your current level of
fitness, help you set goals, and track your progress. Detailed weekly plans will clearly lay-out your workout routine
and keep you motivated while training safely. Whether you want to race year-round, only part of the year, or just stay
fit, Coach Lisa can make an effective plan for you, adding an extra level of accountability that keeps you on-track.
Heart rate monitor training is utilized for all clients to ensure the most efficient workouts and desirable results.

Fees for online training:
- $95 - one-time setup fee for new clients
