Train year-round with Coach Lisa
Online training can be used for multisport race preparation, single sport training, off-season or maintenance training, and strength training (multisport clients only).  Coach Lisa will assess your current level of fitness, help you set goals, and track your progress.  Detailed weekly plans will clearly lay-out your workout routine and keep you motivated while training safely.  Whether you want to race year-round, only part of the year, or just stay fit, Coach Lisa can make an effective plan for you, adding an extra level of accountability that keeps you on-track.  Heart rate monitor training is utilized for all clients to ensure the most efficient workouts and desirable results.  Take the guess work out of your fitness routine and train with Coach Lisa.

Monthly Multi-sport Training

Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons, duathlons, aquathlons, aquabikes - 3 month minimum required; target races pre-selected by Coach Lisa.

Monthly Single Sport Training

For running up through marathon distance and swimming.

Fees for online training:
  • $100 - one-time setup fee for new clients
  • $100 - Annual fee (due at first of year, or first month with Coach Lisa)

  • $60 per month - single sport training
  • $85 per month - single sport & strength training
  • $80 per month - multisport training
  • $105 per month - multisport & strength training

How to get started:
  • Step one: download screening questionnaire below, complete it and email it to Coach Lisa at lisa@coachlisa.org
  • Step two:  once Coach Lisa receives your completed questionnaire, a phone appointment will be set-up to interview you, conduct an in-depth initial screen, and agree upon your general plan and goals
  • Step three:  Download, print, and sign consent forms and waivers - once returned by mail to Coach Lisa with first month's payment, you are ready to start

Payment options below:

  • To make a "one-time" payment for coaching services, use the first PayPal button labeled "One-time pay".  This button has a drop down menu with the 3 monthly payment options and the new client set up fee. 
  • To set up recurring payments that will automatically occur monthly, use the PayPal button labeled "recurring monthly payment" for your monthly amount (there are 3 different recurring buttons - each with a different monthly amount - choose the one that matches your monthly plan amount). 
  • To make a payment of any non-standard amount not available on any of the payment buttons, choose the "DONATE" button.  This button will let you enter any amount you wish to pay.
